Jonathan Keable (Chair)
Jonathan Keable brings over 20 years of Senior Management experience, having held key roles in two national corporate businesses: Newey & Eyre & Brakes Food Service. He successfully managed 5 businesses throughout the UK, returning them to record profitability. In addition to his corporate background, Jonathan took on the challenge of running his family dairy farm for a decade—despite having no prior farming experience—after the untimely passing of his brother.
Following this, Jonathan moved to Plymouth with his family in 2016 and founded Business Success SW Ltd in 2017, now transitioning to operate as Business Strategy Group Ltd. The company offers HR, Marketing, and Consultancy services to businesses, earning recognition as one of Plymouth's Top 3 Marketing Agencies for the last five years (Three Best Rated) and HR Management Consultancy of the Year (Innovation & Excellence Awards) for the past four years. In 2021, Jonathan achieved international recognition achieving second place in the Entrepreneur X Factor Global Competition for his business services.
In addition to leading his business, Jonathan serves as the Area Lead for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Chairs Plymouth Employment & Skills Board and is on the Plymouth Growth Board.
When not working, he enjoys wild water swimming, skiing, and walking his beloved dachshund, Figgy.

I am an experienced multi-disciplinary manager with a track record in the public and voluntary sector. My key strengths are in bid writing and programme management, securing the funding and managing the delivery of a range of projects from economic development to adult education and skills.

Nina Salarka
An Accredited Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Post Graduate qualified in Management Studies, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a NLP Master Practitioner, Nina has a wealth of management expertise spanning 30 years covering multiple sectors, operational management and strategic leadership. She has set up and successfully run her own management consultancy over several years before her current role leading Enterprise and Inward Investment for Plymouth City Council.
Nina has held a Vice Principal level position in a large further education college in the South West, had executive responsibility for one of the UK’s fastest growing Science Parks, managed enterprise support services over Devon, Cornwall and Somerset delivering products such as start-up and early years’ service, business growth consultancy-based projects and a financial equity matching service
Prior to that Nina progressed through a global retail bank on a fast-track management programme experiencing most of the positions within traditional banking with in-depth exposure to high net worth banking and the national sales function.

Professor Michelle Jones Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost
Michelle is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost of Plymouth Marjon University. She has a keen interest in social mobility and civic engagement and is ambitious about building an impact and reputation, for not only teaching excellence, but also research excellence.
Michelle is responsible for leading all aspects of academic strategy, performance, and planning ensuring alignment with the University strategy. This involves being responsible for the academic schools and ensuring structure, resources and culture enable excellence in teaching, knowledge exchange and research external frameworks.

Tina Brinkworth
Tina is the Head of Service for Skills and Post 16 within Plymouth City Council. She is responsible for the development of post 16 cross city, and works in liaison with the community, partners and employers.
